I ordered a couple of shirts from mrbigandtall.ca and the sizing was kind of all over the place. One shirt fit pretty much how I expected, but the other was weirdly roomy in the shoulders, which was annoying because I figured they’d be more consistent. The length was actually good, and that’s usually the part I struggle with, so I’ll give them that. Overall it wasn’t terrible, but come on, it’d be nice if two shirts from the same place didn’t fit so differently.

I found my size right away, checked out without any hassle, and the shirts got here before the weekend. happy with it. No complaints.

I ordered the wrong size and had to exchange it. The actual return steps were easy enough to follow, so that part wasn’t a big deal. What bothered me was how long it took to get a response, and when they finally replied it felt like one of those canned apology messages instead of an actual update. I did get the right item in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster, but the whole thing definitely could’ve moved faster.

I wanted to like this shirt, but the fabric felt thin right away. I was kind of thinking, okay, maybe it’ll still hold up fine... but then the seams started getting loose after not too long. For what it costs, I just expected better quality.

I had to wait a few days to get replies, so the whole issue took longer than it should have. When they did get back to me, the answers didn’t really solve the problem, so I was still left frustrated.

My order did show up and everything was included, so I can’t really complain too much. But shipping felt slower than I remember, and the tracking barely updated along the way. It was reliable enough in the end, just not as quick or smooth as it used to be

I’ve ordered from mrbigandtall.ca a couple of times now, and while I do like the styles, I can’t say the whole experience was as straightforward as I expected. The clothes look good and it’s not just the usual plain oversized stuff, which I appreciated, but I did feel a bit misled by how some items were presented compared to what showed up.

The selection is definitely solid, with lots of sizes, shirts, jeans, jackets, and all that, and it was easier to find things for my husband that didn’t make him look older. I’ll probably still browse there again, but I’d be more careful next time and double-check details before ordering.

Prices were okay too, like not super cheap cheap, but for the size and the quality it felt fair enough. Shipping was normal fine, no big issue there. I would probably order from them again
